Tegan Meoquanee - Thief

"Rae sweetie, do me a favour and rip his throat out."

Standing at 4'0 in her humanoid form, she has waist length, fluffy white hair. Fair skin. Wide yellow eyes with flecks of gold in them. Two small white horns are on either side of her head in front of small white ears. She also has spines running down her back but they're small and rounded rather than spiked. Petite frame. Her features are delicate and sharp, high cheekbones and a defined jaw. Almost no fat on her body but has wiry muscle. Typically dresses in flapper fashion, likes to wear wide brimmed hats or head bands. Never seen without red lipstick.  About 1'0 on all fours when in her normal form. She resembles a Persian cat with spikes and horns and long, sharp claws.



------- The story starts a few weeks after Tegan's 17th Birthday. She was running from a gang of boys, their leader was someone she had fought with earlier that day. He didn't appreciate being beaten by a girl, much less a girl as small as Tegan, so he gathered his friends to teach her a lesson. She ran into an alley way and stumbled upon Rae, bruised and bloody. She looked frightened so when the boys showed up he scared them off for her.
------- Their relationship grew from that point, and when Tegan's father forbade her from seeing him any longer they ran away together. The two have been doing what they could to get by ever since. Anything from assassination to theivery, just so they can get their happen ending together.
------- Tegan's Nexus developed before meeting Rae. She got lost and wandered out past the city walls, coming face to face with a Draconbrun. As it made to eat her she crouched down, body suddenly turning to crystal. It's teeth shattered on her and flew away and she retreated back to the city. She didn't tell a soul about her nexus until meeting Rae.
